Arriving

You can arrive to the Morro by Air Taxi, which leaves
directly from Salvador's airport and arrives to Morro in just 20 minutes. It is also possible to arrive by Catamaran that leaves daily from the pier located in front of the Mercado Modelo (Salvador) and arrives to Morro after two hours of sailing. A third option is the Ferry Boat that leaves from the Terminal Marítima of Salvador to Bom Despacho (Itaparica Island) where it becomes needed to take a bus to Valença city (the bus has its terminal in front of the jetty). This itinerary is completed in two hours of trip and once in this city it is necessary to take quick boats that arrive to Morro in only 30 minutes, or line crafts that cover the itinerary in 1:30 hours of sailing.
